You can browse this website without giving us your name or creating an account. We collect only what you choose to send us, and the small amount of technical information a website needs in order to work.

• Enquiry form. Your name, email address, project type, a rough budget range and your message, plus your phone number and the project's location if you choose to add them.
• Chat assistant. The questions you type.
• Direct messages. Whatever you include when you email us or message us on Instagram or WhatsApp.
• Technical information. Your IP address and basic details about your browser and device, which are sent with every request to a website.

We do not ask for payment details on this website.

We use your information to:

• reply to your enquiry and talk with you about your project;
• answer the questions you ask the assistant;
• keep this website secure, and limit spam and misuse;
• meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we will not use it for unrelated marketing without asking you first.

We share information only with the service providers that help run this website, and only what they need to do their job:

• Resend delivers messages from the enquiry form to our inbox by email.
• Anthropic provides the AI that helps the assistant answer. Your questions may be sent to Anthropic for this purpose.
• Our website host runs this website and may keep short-term technical logs.

These providers may process information outside India, under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also share information when the law requires it.

This website does not set its own cookies, and it does not use analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update this page first.

This website does not save your enquiries or assistant conversations in a database. Enquiries reach us as emails. We keep them for as long as we need them to reply to you, work with you and keep sensible business records, and then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them for longer.

IP addresses used to limit misuse stay in the server's temporary memory and are not saved to a database.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Even so, no website or email service can be completely secure, so please do not send sensitive details, such as identity documents or bank information, through this website or the assistant.
